To build a long lasting relationship...

9.13.2011
"Love brings along many expectations that need to be met. Every partner expects something from the other. But the expectations must be realistic and achievable. If both partners understand that that neither of them is perfect and accept each other “Warts and All” It will help them enjoy an equitably and contented life together."

The foundation stone.

Relationships are like plants. They need to be nurtured with love, care and understanding. You need to work at it on a regular basis and learn the skills needed to make it grow. Those who take relationships for granted and do not take the time to do the maintenance will find a once beautiful relationship will wilt and die.
Good communication is the foundation stone of any healthy relationship but there must also be lashings of mutual respect and commitment to each other.

Trust each other
You must learn to share your thoughts and feelings with your partner, even if they are unpleasant. Very often the fear of offending your partner makes you keep quiet, and you choose to suffer in silence. Not only doing an injustice to you but also sowing the seeds of unhappiness and mistrust.
You must trust each other. Suspicion breeds hate, jealousy and sorrow. Often, these feelings get out of control, and destroy relationships. The best way to keep the flame of trust shining bright is to confide in your partner. It removes mistrust, and does not allow misunderstandings to grow.
It pays to be honest with each other. Don’t hesitate to brush unpleasant issues under the carpet. If you have done a wrong, let your partner know. You will both feel stronger to face the next challenge.

Balanced relationship
Being a part of the ‘couple’ should not affect the sense of self.
Establishing boundaries where needed helps to maintain a balanced relationship and allows each to become fulfilled. Keep your own hobbies and pastimes but remember to share an interest in what your partner does as well. You are two separate entities with often-differing likes, dislikes, traits and interest. Respecting and allowing for these differences is essential for reducing conflict.

“Warts and All”
Love brings along many expectations that need to be met. Every partner expects something from the other. But the expectations must be realistic and achievable. If both partners understand that that neither of them is perfect and accept each other “Warts and All” It will help them enjoy an equitably and contented life together.

There are three stages in every relationship.

The first is attraction.
When you are first attracted to a person, you wish to know more about them, there likes, dislikes, interests etc. Then you gather courage to make your first move like asking to come for a movie, dance or dinner. Both partners often feeling embarrassed and awkward but probably mostly feeling over come with wonderful feelings about your new-found love.

The second is the testing stage.
This is the stage when the relationship starts blooming. You are both learning more about each other. If you hide your emotions or are deceitful in any way at this stage, then you can be sure that you are building weak foundations. The relationship any well seem to flourish for a while but that weakness will undermine all the good work you do and it will fail. Honesty dealt with in a tender manner will be a strong bond that will help to hold you together.

The third is the conflict stage.
As the relationship progresses and you have been together some time there will be conflicts and disagreements. Those who are able to handle these conflicts with trust and equanimity will be able to keep the relationship going where others would simply flounder. So, learn to handle conflicts and learn form all the ups and downs.

A fine achievement
Because you have been together for a long time you may well feel your partner takes you for granted or that you are in a rut. The positive side of that coin is you are in a comfortable relationship were you have mutual respect for each other. It may not have the zest and excitement of a new relationship but you have learned to live in contentment with another. This really is a fine achievement worthy of praise. It has the reward of a long lasting loving relationship that can only be coveted by many.
Allow your partner just to be human not some super-person who you expect must always get it right. If you allow them that courtesy they might then do the same for you!

Success - Personal growth

11.30.2010
Perhaps the most important realization that an individual can make in their quest for personal growth is that there is no single formula that defines the path to personal success. We all have different goals and priorities, which means that different activities and attitudes will make us feel good about ourselves. We also have different natural strengths and weaknesses that are a part of our inherent personality type. How then, as individuals, can we feel successful in our lives?

Understand What's Important to You

Each personality type has a different idea of what it means to be successful. Self-knowledge is one common goal that will help everyone achieve personal success. So many people are hung up on somebody else's idea of what it means to be successful, and they are unaware of what is truly important to them. This is completely normal. We all have important role-models and influencers in our lives who may have basic values that are quite different from our own. If this is the case, it's important to recognize that the discrepancy between what we have been taught is truly important and what we personally believe to be truly important is due to a difference in perspective. If we spend our time and effort trying to meet somebody else's idea of success, and ignore or belittle any conflicting messages from our own psyche, then we will find ourselves exhausted and unhappy. Realizing what is truly important to us is a major step towards achieving personal success. [personalitypage, 2010]

Are you fear of Job interview?

1.05.2010
Let read the below text and see if any of those below point is not your symptom of fearing in job interviewing :)

Your heart is beating faster than usual, your hands feel clammy, your mouth is so dry it feels like you have cotton inside - and your supposed to feel confident. Are you going to an interview or a torture session? The answer is - "it's all in your perspective."

Ideally you would sit poised thumbing through a magazine, feeling relaxed as you wait your turn to have a conversation with the interviewer for the company. Think about it - what do you have to lose here? What's the worst thing that can happen? What if you don't get this job - is the world going to stop turning? I realize of course, that bills must be paid, but you are taking the wrong approach if you are going to come across as desperate - "Please, please, hire me." Interviewers smell fear.

A change in thinking

The first, and most important step is to change the way that you view the interview. This is not an appointment with the dentist who may inflict pain. It is a conversation with another person. What is the worst thing that can happen as a result of the interview? You won't get the job, which may not have been the right job for you anyway.

Secondly, this is a conversation - a two-way process. You will be interviewing them as much as they are interviewing you. Is there a good fit here - both ways? What looks good on paper may not be what it appears - for either party. It will be part of your job during the interview to investigate whether this a good place for you, and whether you want to invest a significant part of your life here. When you are not checking them out and what they have to offer you are missing an opportunity that you may regret later.

Calming techniques

One of the best techniques to handle stress is through breathing. Take deliberate, shallow breaths. Take air in through the nostrils and exhale quietly through your mouth. This is a technique that should be practiced as a relaxation technique before the interview so that your body gets used to slowing down the breathing process and relaxing.

Relaxation techniques such as yoga, and meditation classes, are recommended for anyone who has an extreme case of "interview fright." The interview can cause panic attacks if the fear is strong enough. Pre-conditioning will do wonders for this type of anxiety.

Preparation before the interview

These are competitive times and you should steel yourself to expect some rejection. Think about it this way, "Did you get a marriage proposal after every date?" Well, you probably aren't going to get a job offer after every interview.
For every job you apply for there are more than likely three to four equally qualified candidates in line for the same job. Whether you stand out from "the crowd" will depend on your preparation and ability to show confidence in yourself - believing that you are the "best candidate for this job." How can you possibly sell anyone anything if you don't believe in it yourself?

Preparation will make you feel more confident and less anxious. Can you imagine giving a performance without some practice and preparation? "Winging" the interview in today's market is a big mistake.

Fear of Rejection

You may have had a number of interviews with no offer. You may be feeling defeated, and it's beginning to affect your-self esteem.

This would be true of anyone. But it is a mistake to take it personally. There are so many factors that could be affecting the offer that it is impossible to say what is happening. There may be internal candidates, relatives promised jobs, a competitor who is a perfect match for the job, a lack of chemistry between you and the new boss, a mismatch in salary needs, etc., etc.

Let it go

Give yourself credit for getting an interview - only a small percentage of people get this far in the process. Give yourself credit for going out there and putting yourself on the line, even though it is painful for you. Give yourself permission to not get job offers. Believe that an offer will come through when it is the right offer - the right fit for the company and for you. Take the control back and reject the feeling of fear.

When you have done everything to prepare for the interview, and you are satisfied that you can present yourself in the best light possible, the next step is for you to let it go. You can learn something from each interview. Learn to enjoy meeting new people and having new experiences. Who knows you may even grow to like interviewing. [streetdirectory, 2009]

Tips: Fear or too much worried will put more pressure in you, so try to be relax and maintain your self confidence. FEAR can destroy your chance to succeed in the job interview.

SMART and SUCCESS

12.12.2009
Successful people do not have special talent; they are the same to you and me, they, we, are human beings. Or do you think they are successful because they spend most of their time working on their tasks??? You might be rite, but not really right. Becos If work hard is what make people rich, then construction workers will all becomes millionaires. Only work SMART is the arts for SUCCESS.

SMART = Self confident, Maneuver, Ability, Readiness, Tactics.
SUCCESS = self-improvement, Ultimate, Certify, Compatible, Elite, Superior, Satisfy.

Find your own wills, develop your talent, don't give up at your own commitment. Go for the destination, move on for success. Your life is meaningless without facing any obstacles. Never give up, coz nth would stay for eternity, so the problem you are facing with will also pass away. Life is goes on...

Top 10 Tips for a Successful Job Interview

11.18.2009
Job interviews in many organizations are getting sophisticated these days. Psychological tests, role plays, and challenges to one's "quick intelligence" and street smarts are often part of the package. While it's impossible to anticipate everything you may encounter, here are ten tips that will help you negotiate the interview process successfully.

1. Prepare and over-prepare.

2. Be particularly clear on what you know and what you want to achieve.

3. Make sure your responses match your claims.

4. Be clear about your strengths.

5. Describe your weaknesses as strengths.

6. If you've been fired, be forthright about it.

7. Be clear where you want to go.

8. Have clear personal standards.

9. Interview the interviewer.

*** The applicant who will take anything offered is unlikely to win any but the most temporary of positions. A competent interviewer (there are some) will respect your efforts to assess the organization and the position in terms of whether or not it meets YOUR requirements. And you owe it to yourself to have defined before hand, what you ideally want and what you are willing to settle for, under certain conditions. For example, you might really want a salary of $75,000 to begin with, but you'd be willing to take less if the opportunities for growth are clearly in the picture. (coachville, 1996)

10. Don't allow yourself to be badgered by the salary issue.

I hope you the above text could give you some ideas on how to win a job interivew or you will spend lots of time repeating the job interview and success and nowhere.
Be smart :)
Or shall you might have any doubts regarding to recruitment matters; feel free to reach me i'll be happy to answer your question :)

How to win the job interview

When you have identified a possible job and set an appointment for a personal interview, congratulate yourself! You've done your homework. Everything you've done was preparation for this event. It's the most critical stage of your job-search because, there's no payoff unless you make a sale.

Little Things That Make A Difference

The most important non-verbal communication you make about yourself is your appearance and grooming. In the first few minutes the person with whom you are talking will form an impression of you which will affect his/her opinion.

Dressing for success means dressing appropriately for the environment for which you are interviewing. By wearing the quality and style of clothing you would wear if hired, you help the interviewer visualize you on the job. Your appearance should make the interviewer think, "This person will fit in well."

You should be mentally prepared to describe briefly specific personal accomplishments you want the interviewer to remember.

Plan to be on time. In fact, it is good to be early. Check out the situation in terms of location and parking before the appointment.

Make sure you've done your homework. There is certain factual information you should be expected to possess. This is one of the best ways to ensure a successful interview. Investigate the company before you interview (size, product-line, major problems, programs, needs, etc.). This will gain you credibility. For example, if you are seeking a position with a major hardware manufacturer, discover how the product is sold locally. If asked, you will be able to make tactful comments regarding displays, sales approaches, advertising, etc. If not asked, bring it into the conversation to let the interviewer know that you've done some study on the subject.

Sources of information for such homework would be web sites, annual reports, trade journals, news magazines, the company newspaper, people in the field, brokerage houses, Chamber of Commerce publications, and industrial directories.

In a small company, the top people will usually control the hiring procedures. Use your network to gather as much information as possible about these key decision makers and their role in the company. Decide if you will contact Human Resources or the person directly responsible for the hiring. Learn the correct name and exact title and discover the person's background with the company, education, interests, etc.

PREPARE...PRACTICE!...PRACTICE!...PRACTICE!

The interviewer's task is to find out just how effective you might be in a specific job. Prepare answers for the following questions in as clear a manner as possible. Make your responses upbeat and positive. Make sure you've done your research on this company, and it will pay off. Also, always remember that an interview is a "two-way street." You are entitled to ask the interviewer questions in order to determine whether or not you want the job. An easy formula to remember is Q = A + P, which simply means "Q" (the interviewer's question) = "A" (your answer) + "P" (probe -- in other words, you now ask a question). vFor example, suppose the interviewer were to ask you, "Are you free to travel?" You might answer, "Yes," but then follow up your answer with the question, "How much travel does the job require?" Q = A + P. The interviewer's answer to your question could certainly have some bearing on whether or not you want the job.

Typical Interview Questions

Here are some questions you're likely to be asked in an interview, along with some suggested responses.

* Q. Tell me about yourself.
A. Pre-plan your answer to this question, it's usually the first one asked. Talk about your work experience, skills, and accomplishments, not personal statistics such as where or when you were born, or whether or not you are married. Keep it brief.
* Q. What do you know about this company?
A. Be prepared with as much information about the company as possible, especially its products or services. Do some homework on the company's web site, in the research department of your local library, or talk with friends who may work for =or have knowledge of the company.
* Q. Why do you want to work for this company?
A. If you've done some research, this should be easy. Refer to the company's fine reputation, growth opportunities, etc.
* Q. What kind of benefits are you looking for?
A. Answer this question honestly, otherwise you'll be unhappy and less than productive.
* Q. Describe your value to your past (or current) employer.
A. Refer to your resume and your accomplishments.
* Q. You've changed jobs frequently. Why?
A. Unless you've been a victim of layoffs, talk about better opportunities and more money.
* Q. Have you ever been fired?
A. This can be checked, so be truthful. If the answer is yes, you might want to describe the circumstances, and your side of it. Whatever you do, don't bad mouth your boss or the company.
* Q. What did you like best in your last (or current) job?
A. Pre-plan your answer because this question is often asked.
* Q. What direct supervisory experience have you had?
A. Refer to your resume.

Types of Questions to Ask in the Interview

When it is appropriate, ask questions during the interview.

The following questions are guidelines only. Use them when and if it is comfortable for you.

1. Do you have a job description available?
2. With whom would I be working if I accepted a position here?
3. What is the most important qualification for this position?
4. To whom would I be responsible?
5. When will you be making a decision regarding this position?

Conclusion

When the interview comes to an end, be sure to leave in a professional manner

1. Stand
2. Thank them for their time.
3. Shake hands, look them in the eyes and smile.
4. Ask for a business card (from them or the secretary).
5. Ask them when they will make their decision.
6. Tell them you will call at that time to hear their plans.

After leaving, write a short thank you letter. Thank them for seeing you. Restate your interest in the position and tell them why you feel qualified for it. Tell them you look forward to talking with them again and will call on the agreed upon date.

Have a great luck with your job interview, gusy! :)

Inspire urself... start from every little things!

10.13.2009
Sometimes, we don't realize how many important things that are awaiting for us. I believe that we, people, might at least once used to feel down n hopeless n almost don't dare to stand up n to for it again. In the same time, there sth in our heart our soul n our mind that telling us to not give up but be strong n ready for battle... This is called "internal flame or self-courage". Basically, hope n encouragement are really undeniable important, we can't live without hope, life without hope, without goal, life is nothing but an empty place, while, those who are living with hope will see life as a wonderful n a pave for them to reach their goal. Likely, there are various things that can push up that internal flame and we sometimes don't even realize that. When we r hopeless n can't think of anything, don't locked ourself in hell, go talk to someone u trust, the one that always by ur side n always forgive u with every faults u've done, go talk to those who worth the life as a precious thing, talk to those who can always spark ur life with hope n bright the pave of hope for u, coz they r those who living their lives to the full, never give up n always worth every second of their life n accept the truth.

Remember never lose and surrender to whom don't worth your tears, value those moment when you are with someone who can see who you really are, inside you. Coz no one could worth our pain, if there someone, that one will never make us pain. You live your life for yourself not for other else, coz the one you should be with for the whole life is the one who also need you for the rest of their life. Life is like that. sometime, we care for those who make us cry and we leave those who cares for us, cry. Be strong, and remember "even u are just one person to the world, but to one person, you might be the world".

Self improvement is a path to success

9.15.2009
Everything that happens to us happens for a purpose. And sometimes, one thing leads to another. Instead of locking yourself up in your cage of fears and crying over past troubles, embarrassment and failures, treat them as your teachers and they will become your tools in both self improvement and your success in life.

When does self improvement become connected with success? It is when you take action on the following tips:

* Stop thinking and feeling as if you’re a failure, because you’re not. How can others accept you if YOU can’t accept YOU?
* When you see hunks and models on TV, think more on self improvement, not self pitying. Self acceptance is not just about having nice slender legs, or great body, but concentrate on inner beauty.
* When people feel so down and blue about themselves, help them move on. Don’t go down with them. They’ll pull you down further and both of you will end up feeling inferior and you guys will sure find nowhere to get out off it; unless, you find your self-confidence.
* The world is a large place for lessons, not mistakes. Don’t feel stupid and doomed forever just because you failed at some point in your life. There’s always a next time. Make room for self improvement in your life. Learn from failure, but don't ever repeat it.
* Take things slowly. Don’t expect change over night. Self improvement is a one day at a time process.
* Self improvement comes from your inner stability, personality development. It comes from self confidence, and self esteem.
* Set meaningful and achievable goals. Self improvement is being who you are – not someone else. It is simply being an improved and better YOU.
* Little things mean BIG to other people. Sometimes, we don’t realize that the little things that we do like a pat on the back, saying “hi” or “hello”, greetings someone “good day” or telling Mr. Smith something like “hey, I love your tie!” are simple things that mean so much to other people. When we’re being appreciative about beautiful things around us and other people, we also become beautiful to them. [Kym Kirk, 2008]

Self improvement won't work if you are a give up type. Confidence and struggle will do miracle.

Self confidence is truely a cause for success?

Self-confident people find it easy to lead others and all great inspirational leaders are known to have high degrees of self-confidence. Such people can easily inspire others to become self-confident.

Peers, superiors, juniors, friends, as well as family all share their secrets with you when you come across as a self-confident person to them. You are able to achieve your goals easily and quickly with self-confidence and people will look upon you for advice, mentoring, or coaching.

Everyone admires a person with self-confidence. Confidence plays a critical role in every facet of our lives and it is, indeed, one of the most important factors that contribute to our success and happiness.

Confidence is Neither Magical nor Mystical …
…In fact, self-confidence is a learnt trait which can be easily acquired with correct training and guidance. You can be taught how to be a self-assured and a confident person who is capable and is able to meet life’s challenges full on.
Confidence can be acquired when you are certain about something. That ’something’ can be a feeling, a prediction, an action, or a deed. When you know for sure that your thoughts and actions are the most effective or the best they can be, then you have acquired confidence.

When you take the first steps towards having confidence in yourself, your thoughts and actions become clearer. You view yourself as a self-confident person; your thoughts and actions are congruent with each other and are usually correct. This, in turn, reinforces your self-confidence in yourself.

With confidence in yourself, you can achieve more!
On the other hand, self-confident people are sure about themselves and they move ahead attaining one goal after another. Self confident people are able to take calculated risks and always have the good sense to avoid gambling on life. Self confident people can work far beyond their comfort zones and they enjoy stretching themselves to attain more. Self-confidence urges them to try harder and work towards perfection, and self confident people are also able to bounce back faster from their losses and failures.

Confidence can be displayed in your behavior, your body language, what you say, and how you say it. It is a simple matter of learning the right behavior patterns and thought approaches to life and its challenges.People who lack this vital quality of self-confidence either fail or, worse still, they don’t even make a start. They hesitate, they are unsure, and they spend critical moments (or months) in self-doubt and ‘what ifs’. Negativity and other self-destructive thoughts and action often plague people who lack confidence in themselves.

In a nutshell, self-confidence is nothing more than an innate faith in your own ability and purpose in life. [Kym Kirk, 2008]

No matter in what circumstances; keeping your confidence alive - you'll find where to go. be urself, be who you are, value what you have... try all your hardest and worth it. Nothing is worth more than the "self-confidence".

Success in school + career = success in life?

6.22.2009
Does anyone of you can really answer to yourself of what is Success?
Does everyone of us define Success in the same way? people born differently and therefore, the conception of ours toward success is sure gonna be different; at least in some ways.
So, what is success? does success in life refers to how you success in school plus career?
Now, let's read these article, then you will see what is success in life really is!!!

What is success in life? If you are in a happy relationship and making money doing something you enjoy, are you less successful than someone who happens to make more money? Of course not! Life is not a competition against others, to be fought on their terms. Two businessmen can be compared for their success in business, but this doesn't tell us about their entire lives.

Next question: If you will be happier, wealthier and healthier in the future, does this mean you are a failure now? Absolutely not. Success in life is about the process, not current lists of accomplishments. A happy poor person who is going to school to get a degree, or otherwise bettering his life is more successful than a miserable rich man who is falling into destructive habits.

Success In Life Right Now

Personal success is in the actions of this moment. Maybe this is a new idea to you, but doesn't it make intuitive sense? Even if you fail at the specific goals you are currently working on, if the attempt is honest, and you are willing to learn from your mistakes, isn't this personal success?

This idea may be discouraging for some. Sometimes the thought of success being somewhere in the future is just a way to excuse the actions of the moment. You can continue "waiting for your ship to come in," and delay taking the actions you need to take to fulfill yourself. You can keep that future in mind - and always push it a little further forward. If you think this way, you may not like the idea that you can be a success right now, because it reminds you that it is your responsibility.

On the other hand, it can be a very liberating thought. No longer do you have to wait for the future. If you find your inspiration in the work of the moment, and you do it honestly and with acceptance of the need to continually correct course and enjoy the journey, you are successful right now. There is no guarantee that you won't get lazy or discouraged, but the moment you begin again to work towards your true values, you are living a successful life.

Success is Personal

What, then do you want out of life. To get rich? To help others? To have great relationships? To travel the world? To be healthier? All of the above? Success in life is personal and unique. Whatever your best course is in life (and this is only for you to decide), when you start honestly in that direction, in that moment you are succeeding as a human being.

The outward manifestations of success are nice - the money, things and opportunities. You'll surely have some of these, but you will also fail at many things. We all do, and that's okay. The important question is the moment-to-moment and day-to-day question: will you start again in the right direction?

But remember that this internal process of choosing again and taking action is what defines success in life. [Selfimprovement, 2009]

Define your own success first...what are the things that mean success to you? is it success in business and career? or is it how you can earn a lot of money? is it how you live your lives happily? is that how you live your lives wealthy and healthy or is it only when you can live with treasury? Make sure you understand what are the things that you want to get success in... then, there you go to step forth for it... :) Understand yourself, understand your own needs, then there will be a path to go for ur own success, and this is the key to success!!!

Emotional Intelligent (EI)? Successful people have high EI?

6.15.2009
Everyone of us might probably have known some people; either at work or in our personal lives, who are really good listeners. No matter what kind of situation we're in, they always seem to know just what to say, and how to say it, so that we're not gotta be offended or upset. Most of them are caring and considerate, and even if they don't find a solution to the problem, they never gonna lose hope but just maintain being optimistic.
We probably also know people who are really good at managing their own emotions. They are not going to be angry; though, they are in a very stressful and pressure circumstances. Instead, they have the ability to look at that problem and calmly try to find a solution. We can say that they're an excellent decision maker, because they know exactly when they should trust the fact and when they better trust their guts, and they know very well when to trust their intuition. Regardless of their strengths, however, they're usually willing to look at themselves honestly in order to find out deeply of who they really are, before they start to look at other people, and make judgment on other people's weaknesses. What is more, they seem to take criticism pretty well and always find way in using it to their own performance.

Toward the additional research studies, it is said that, people like this have a very high degree of emotional intelligence (EI). Moreover, they are not only know themselves clearly but they're also able to sense the emotional needs of others.

What Is Emotional Intelligence?

We all have different personalities, different wants and needs, and different ways of showing our emotions. Navigating through this all takes tact and cleverness - especially if we hope to succeed in life. This is where emotional intelligence becomes important.

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize your emotions, understand what they're telling you, and realize how your emotions affect people around you. Emotional intelligence also involves your perception of others: when you understand how they feel, this allows you to manage relationships more effectively.

People with high emotional intelligence are usually successful in most things they do. Why? Because they're the ones that others want on their team. When people with high EI send an email, it gets answered. When they need help, they get it. Because they make others feel good, they go through life much more easily than people who are easily angered or upset.

Tips:

Although "regular" intelligence is important to success in life, emotional intelligence is key to relating well to others and achieving your goals. Many people believe that emotional intelligence is at least as important as regular intelligence, and many companies now use EI testing to hire new staff.
Emotional intelligence is an awareness of your actions and feelings – and how they affect those around you. It also means that you value others, listen to their wants and needs, and are able to empathize or identify with them on many different levels.

Don't look at the world with ur narrow minded, how come u think others are better than u. we're all human being;though, we born in different date, time, place, and grown up with different in personality, and stuffs, but remember, we are still the same coz we born with a human body, flesh and blood and brain. so no one is perfect, everyone does have their own strength and weakness points. don't think that others are more important, worthy, or special than you just because they are richer, more attractive but these does not make them more valuable than you are. you have ur own personality, u have ur own intellectual, ur own eyes to see the world and everything that the world has offered to u are what you deserved...so worth it!
Maybe almost every of us has gone through the hard way or have been failed in what we were trying to do; however, there are really no failures or mistakes in this because we should think that what we've been through are just opportunities for growth. Usually something good does come out of our mistakes. So learn from them, don't repeat them, forgive yourself, and let's move on for better outcomes and that is where we should live our lives for.... for future happiness!

Smile for success...

Y smile? Smile is to show the world that you are happy and you are ready for everything new. If you face down, or with a frown on ur face, you are showing the world that you are weak, and try to ignore sth; so the world might turn its back at u. when u are sad, people will know by just reading ur face. So don't put that stuff on ur looks, just smile, then others will smile too. If u are sad, u might not realize that how many people will be sad to see u sad. Smile for urself and for everyone in this entire world. Coz smile is one of the thing that can brighten the beauty of the world. If u're happy, everyone can feel that u're the person that full of hope and u're showing the world that u're brave and strong enough to struggle with every single obstacle just to reach the goals of yours. Once u reach ur destination, there is also ur success.
So, just smile even for nth but for urself.
