My dream Car - Audi R8

The original Audi R8 was one of the best bargains in the automotive world. It provided serious performance without the insanely high supercar price. Well, like most things, the R8 has gotten pricier over time and the newest version, the R8 GT, is right in line with Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Aston Martin.

Only 333 will be made, so if you want one and have the money for one, call Audi soon because they might be gone. Only a third of that total number will be coming to the United States and each will cost $198,000.

The R8 GT is a lighter and faster version of the normal R8. Audi has managed to put the car on a diet allowing it to lose around 220 pounds. Weight loss was key, but so was bulking up, so Audi added 35 more horses, or the same power as a Chevrolet Aveo. The 5.2-liter V10 now puts out 560 horsepower and will be connected to a single-clutch R-Tronic semi-automatic transmission. We’re sure that gearbox is all well and good, but a manual option would have been nice.

For most of the year the river flows out from the lake into the Mekong. However, during the rainy season from about June to October the Mekong rises, causing the Tonle Sap River to reverse its direction and the lake to swell to more than twice its regular size. 1.- Give out Effective Supervision

You cannot expect your employees to be productive if you do not provide effective supervision. Give out clear instructions, be firm in your decision, and manage your employees in such a way that you will be able to maximize their talents and skills.

Aside from safety, you should also ensure that you are able to provide a positive work environment by cultivating positive work relations among your employees. You can achieve this through teambuilding seminars and activities, and by being an effective mediator between employees who have problems with each other. A peaceful and positive work environment results in employees that are more productive.

3.- Give Proper Motivation

A good boss is able to motivate his or her employees through proper methods such as rewards, recognition, favorable workers compensation and incentives. Remember, praises should be done in public while criticisms should always be kept private.
