Make sure not to lose focus for those two minutes. If a negative thought pops into your head, just go back and concentrate on the object of your choice.

3. Concentrate on the same object for additional four minutes-

Now, after the 2 minutes are up, go back again and concentrate on the same object for four additional minutes. This time try to stay focused for those four minutes. Your goal is to free your mind from all the thoughts and focus on the object or situation of your choice and that you want to accomplish and attract into your life.

4. Do this exercise a few times daily.
